01
'Dwarf Mongoose' Edit
For this project, I was loaned archival footage which I reimagined through a fresh edit, crafting a new narrative structure. I created an original soundscape with foley and music, and wrote and voiced a bespoke voiceover to tie the visuals and atmosphere together.
02
'Forensic Expert Interview' Podcast
In this episode, I interviewed a leading expert in counter-terrorism, exploring major events including the Manchester Arena attack and their wider implications. I developed the interview questions, conducted the conversation, and handled all post-production, editing, cutting, and shaping the final episode.
03
Hurghada Underwater Military Museum
For this project, I produced a film in collaboration with the Hurghada Environmental Protection and Conservation Association, aimed at promoting sustainable tourism in the Red Sea. I blended archival footage, stock material, and original film to craft a compelling visual narrative. The film encourages visitors to explore designated artificial reef sites, helping to relieve tourism pressure on the region’s fragile natural reefs while highlighting the importance of marine conservation.
04
'No Time to Dive' TV Package
This short TV package was produced for news segments highlighting the issue of ocean roadkill, the collision of boats with marine wildlife. I developed the concept, produced and edited the piece, and interviewed Graham Madge, a climate scientist from the Met Office, who provides expert insight into the environmental impacts of these incidents. The segment aims to raise awareness of this lesser-known consequence of marine traffic.

05
'Wild Swimming' TV Package
This segment was produced for a live event, exploring the growing popularity of wild swimming and its connection to wellbeing and nature. I shot, directed, and edited the piece, capturing both interviews and natural landscape footage to reflect the freedom and simplicity of open-water swimming experiences.
06
Social Media Content
I created a variety of social media reels for different organisations, tailored either to promote customer experiences or highlight charity work. Each reel is crafted to capture attention quickly, using dynamic visuals and storytelling to engage diverse online audiences and drive meaningful action.
07
'Better Planet Live' Broadcast Host & Producer
Beginning at 32:26-1:02:09- I hosted a student-run, live broadcast event focused on a range of sustainability topics. This fully independent production saw me involved in every stage of delivery — from producing TV packages and scripting for the teleprompter to overseeing technical setup, social media coverage, and vision mixing on the day. It was a fast-paced, collaborative event that showcased both environmental issues and hands-on production skills.

Writing & Design Work
This section brings together a selection of my work in writing and visual storytelling. From news articles and policy briefings to infographics and editorial features, each project combines clear, purposeful writing with thoughtfully designed elements to enhance the reader’s experience. Notably, my dissertation was recognised with the Steve Morris Memorial Prize for Writing, a testament to my commitment to impactful, high-quality storytelling.
01
'Women in Science' News Article
This news feature styled for a Cosmopolitan-inspired print publication, was written, designed and illustrated by a small student-led team. Aimed at a young audience, the piece explored themes of conservation and female empowerment, blending bold visuals with accessible, engaging storytelling to spark conversation around global issues in a fresh, relatable format.
02
'LPI' Infographic
I designed this infographic using Adobe InDesign to inform the public about the purpose of the Living Planet Index and communicate its key findings within Asia and the Pacific. Through a combination of clear data visualisation and engaging design elements, the piece simplifies complex numerical insights to make biodiversity trends accessible and impactful for a broad audience.

03
POSTNOTE
I produced a series of POSTNOTES-style parliamentary briefings, developed in close collaboration with policy advisors within parliament. These briefings aimed to persuade policy change on critical issues such as habitat loss for birds in the Amazon and the benefits of urban allotments for wellbeing. Each briefing combined comprehensive factual data from multiple sources with clear, persuasive writing designed to inform and influence decision-makers effectively.
04
Press Release & Social Media Thread
I crafted this press release to concisely distil key information into its most engaging and accessible form, designed specifically for journalists. The tone is impartial and informative, ensuring the core message is clear and ready for immediate publication.
To demonstrate versatility in my writing, I adapted the same core information into a social media thread. This version is formatted to be engaging and accessible, using concise language and visual cues to reach and resonate with a broad online audience.
